Job summary

Our House, Inc. is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for part-time weekend shifts. You will support adults with IDD in group homes, assisting with daily living, health needs, and community activities. Compensation starts at $20.00/hour with paid training and excellent benefits.

The role requires reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to drive agency vans. Training is provided, and group interviews are conducted after a complete application.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 21+ years old.
• Valid driver's license with clean MVR.
• Reliable transportation and ability to drive agency vans.
• Comfortable using computers and documenting in EHR.
• Two-week paid in-office training on hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily routines and independent living skills.
• Support with personal care and health needs; monitor safety and well-being.
• Administer and document medications as required.
• Transport residents to medical appointments and community activities.
• Maintain accurate shift reports and documentation in electronic systems.
