Job summary

Our House, Inc. is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to assist adults with IDD in group homes or apartments. You will help with daily living skills, community inclusion, and growth while ensuring safety and well-being.

Qualifications

• Experience with individuals on Behavioral Support Plans or similar care settings.
• Valid driver’s license with insurable record and pass MVR check.
• Minimum high school diploma or GED; must be 21+.

Responsibilities

• Support adults with IDD in group homes or apartments.
• Assist with daily living skills and community inclusion.
• Maintain health, safety, and well-being of residents.
• Document shift summaries in electronic health records (EHR).
• Transport residents to appointments using agency vehicles.
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings.
