Job summary

Our House, Inc. is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to assist adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in group homes or apartments. You will support daily living skills and community inclusion, helping individuals gain independence while ensuring health, safety, and well-being.

The role offers part-time shifts, paid training, and competitive benefits. Prior DSP experience is preferred, and a valid driver's license with insurable record is required.

Qualifications

• Previous DSP experience is preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Support adults with IDD in group homes or apartments.
• Assist with daily living skills, community inclusion, and personal growth.
• Maintain accurate documentation in electronic health records (EHR).
• Assist with medications and transport residents to appointments.
