Our House, Inc. is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to help adults with IDD in group homes. You will assist with daily living skills, personal care, and transportation to activities. Paid training is provided, and you will join a supportive team dedicated to quality care.

Qualifications

Must be 21 years of age or older.
High school diploma or GED or foreign equivalent.
Valid driver s license with insurable record.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with daily routines and independent living skills.
Provide personal care and medical support as needed.
Document shift reports in EHR systems accurately.
Transport residents to appointments and activities using agency vehicles.
Support community inclusion and social activities.
