Distilled is seeking a 12-month, part-time weekend customer support specialist to assist users across a portfolio of Irish online marketplaces. The role covers Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts, acting as the first point of contact during peak periods with a focus on fast, personal, and reliable responses to protect listing integrity.

You will handle high volumes of emails and reports, maintain consistency across brands, and escalate issues with clear findings to the relevant teams.

Qualifications

• Two+ years in a customer service or customer-facing support role.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• A sharp eye for detail and comfort with pattern recognition.
• Strong time management and the ability to work independently during weekend shifts.
• Confidence to flag issues clearly and promptly to the wider team.
• Availability to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday each week.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of incoming emails, user reports, and listings reviews with professionalism and accuracy.
• Provide prompt, friendly, and consistent responses across multiple marketplace brands.
• Investigate the root cause of queries and complaints, identify recurring patterns, and hand off relevant findings to internal teams.
• Prioritise time across different request types, balancing speed with quality of resolution.
• Monitor listings and account activity for signs of fraud and elevate suspicious behaviour promptly.
• Troubleshoot straightforward technical issues and follow established processes to close them out.
• Build deep product knowledge and a strong understanding of how users behave across the platforms.
