Sky Ireland is hiring a Customer Service Advisor in Dublin for a hybrid contact centre role. The position offers 39 hours per week across weekdays and Saturdays, with a starting salary of €30,015 per year plus bonus and benefits.

You will manage inbound calls, resolve customer concerns, and provide product recommendations to improve viewing and mobile experiences while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and teamwork.
