Big Brother's Home Services is seeking a dependable customer service professional for weekend shifts in Salt Lake City, UT. You will be the primary contact for customers, helping resolve questions, issues, and service requests with a positive, professional attitude.

You will respond via phone, email, or chat, document interactions in internal systems, and escalate complex cases when needed. The role offers a supportive team, training, and an opportunity to grow in a fast-paced service

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, call center, retail, hospitality, or related role preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to stay calm and professional in challenging situations.
