Job summary

ZEISS Meditec Consumables in Dublin, CA seeks a Sales Success Specialist to serve as the primary contact for regional customer care and inquiries. You will enter orders into ERP/CRM, coordinate with internal partners, and drive orders from receipt to revenue.

This role requires 3+ years in order administration or sales support, strong communication, and proficiency with ERP/CRM and Excel. Hybrid work three days in the Dublin office, with competitive benefits and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Requires 3 or more years of related experience in Order Administration, sales support and customer support roles.
• Understanding of complex configurations to build and assign inventories to an order.
• Strong cross-collaborative communication skills.
• Customer service skills for common inquiries or complaints.
• Ability to respond to regulatory inquiries.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Self-motivated with minimal supervision.
• Team player.
• College degree or equivalent preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, ERP/CRM or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Provide cross-collaborative communication and customer service to ZEISS customers.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Obtain approvals and documentation before completing transactions.
• Process orders from receipt to invoice and provide status updates.
• Create capital equipment quotations.
• Monitor orders and coordinate with production control, shipping and logistics.
• Review ship dates and manage backlog.
• Analyze inventory and assign inventories to orders.
• Complete configurations via factory order.
• Maintain detailed records of communications and customer activities.
• Provide daily, weekly and monthly order status reports.
• Adhere to month-end cut-off schedules.
• Process orders, returns, exchanges, cancellations, and price adjustments per SOP.
• Assist in forecasting for the sales force.
• Back up colleagues as needed.
• Maintain GMP and ISO 9001 compliance.
