Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, call center, retail, hospitality, or related role preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to stay calm and professional in challenging situations.
• Comfort with computers and basic business software.

• Ability to work independently and manage weekend shifts.
