Sugarmont Apartments & Townhomes in Salt Lake City, UT is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to help residents feel at home and assist prospective residents in finding their ideal apartment home. You will greet customers, answer inquiries, and ensure apartments are ready for showings with an upbeat, friendly approach.

The role includes coordinating events, supporting social media efforts, and managing daily package operations, with a strong emphasis on attention to detail and customer care.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers (prospects, residents, vendors) with an upbeat attitude.
• Provide courteous and prompt responses to inquiries via phone, email, and text.
• Ensure apartments are ready to show daily and for move-ins.
• Walk the property to ensure quality and the welcome home experience for residents.
• Know pricing and details of available apartment homes to answer questions.
• Assist in planning community events and social media marketing.
• Organize the package room daily as packages are delivered.
• Maintain community-related communications and vendor relationships.
