Any Hour Group in Lindon, UT is seeking a Customer Care Representative to be the first point of contact for customers needing home services. This full-time, on-site role involves handling inbound calls, scheduling service appointments, providing updates, and ensuring a smooth, positive experience from the first call through service.

You’ll join a fast-paced team and collaborate with dispatchers, technicians, and managers.

• Comfortable using computers, phone systems, and customer databases.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service or call center experience preferred.
• Experience with ServiceTitan or the home-services industry is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Answer inbound customer calls and assist with scheduling service appointments.
• Make outbound calls for appointment scheduling, maintenance reminders, VIP outreach, and customer retention.
• Listen to customer needs and provide friendly, professional, and solutions-focused support.
• Accurately enter customer information, appointment details, and notes into ServiceTitan or other CRM systems.
• Communicate appointment and service updates to customers.
• Partner with dispatchers, technicians, managers, and other team members to create a seamless customer experience.
• Follow established call processes and best practices while adapting your approach to each customer’s needs.
• Help resolve customer questions and concerns and elevate issues when additional support is needed.
• Maintain accurate and professional documentation of customer interactions.
