Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of framers to deliver high-quality custom framing solutions.
• Assist customers in creating memorable framing solutions and drive sales.
• Manage weekend work schedules and ensure SOP compliance.
• Develop and coach team selling behaviors and meet KPIs.
• Oversee inventory, shrink control, and safety programs.
• Participate in interviewing, onboarding, and training of new team members.
• Serve as Manager on Duty and support Omni-channel processes.
