Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. in Conroe, TX is seeking a Lead Framer to coach a team of framers and build strong customer relationships through custom framing solutions.

You will drive custom framing sales, manage workload with the Store Manager, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality framing projects while meeting store KPIs. Weekend availability is required.

Experience in retail framing and team leadership is preferred; strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading store SOP adherence and policy execution.
• Develop and coach the team selling behaviors.
• Lead the delivery of high-quality custom framing solutions on time by planning workload with the Store Manager.
• Meet KPI targets and manage the framing team to achieve KPI goals.
• Plan workload and sales floor time in partnership with the Store Manager.
• Participate in interviewing, onboarding, coaching, observing and training of new team members; support Talent Development activities.
