Job summary

The Michaels Companies, Inc. in Round Rock, TX is seeking a Store Lead who will coach a framing team and drive customer relationships while delivering on-time custom framing solutions.

You will partner with the Store Manager to meet KPI targets, manage inventory and safety programs, and support omnichannel processes. Must have basic computer skills; previous framing or retail management experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required.
• Previous custom framing experience is preferred.
• Retail management experience is preferred.
• Experience leading a sales team is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the framing team to align with SOPs and company standards.
• Develop selling behaviors and drive custom framing sales.
• Plan workload with Store Manager to deliver high-quality framing solutions on time.
• Meet KPI targets and manage team performance.
• Oversee inventory, shrink, and safety programs.
• Serve as Manager on Duty and participate in interviewing and onboarding.
• Assist with Omni-channel processes and customer interactions.
