Key responsibilities include leading SOP adherence, developing selling behaviors, handling inventory and safety programs, and serving as Manager on Duty while partnering with store leadership to meet KPIs.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.
• Previous custom framing experience preferred.
• Retail management experience.
• Experience leading a sales team.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and Company programs.
• Develop and coach the team selling behaviors.
• Lead high-quality custom framing solutions to customers on time.
• Achieve KPIs and manage framing team KPIs.
• Review workload and plan sales floor staffing.
• Manage inventory, shrink, and safety programs.
• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD).
• Participate in interviewing, onboarding, coaching and training.
