Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the framing team to build customer relationships and framing solutions.
• Drive custom framing sales and plan workload with the Store Manager.
• Achieve KPI targets for the framing team and manage inventory, shrink, and safety programs.
• Serve as Manager on Duty and participate in hiring, onboarding, and performance development.
• Support omni-channel processes and ensure adherence to SOPs and company policies.
