Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Able to read, write, and understand English.
• Able to follow written or oral instructions.
• Able to make independent decisions and stay calm during emergencies.
• Professionally interact with residents, family members, visitors, and staff.
• Experience using computer software (Microsoft Office).

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and direct them to appropriate offices.
• Arrange tours of the property for interested visitors.
• Answer multi-line telephone and relay information.
• Provide clerical support to administrative staff.
• Assist residents, families, and guests with general requests.
• Maintain reception area and lobby literature.
• Handle mail, copies, and other office tasks.
• Assist in dining room service as needed.
• Support marketing efforts through positive interactions during tours and calls.
• Report resident changes of condition to supervision.
• Maintain a safe work environment and follow safety standards.
• Collaborate with coworkers and other departments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
