Job summary

Fox Ridge Chenal, part of AgeWell Solvere Living in Little Rock, AR, seeks a Concierge to serve as a reception ambassador. The role includes handling calls, greeting visitors, and supporting clerical tasks in a community-focused environment.

Weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday 7am–7pm) is required, with duties spanning mail processing, sign-ins, transportation coordination, and basic housekeeping as needed. Join a caring team dedicated to resident well-being.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Strong interpersonal relations skills with a variety of people.
• Must show initiative and sound judgment.
• Word-processing and clerical skills required.
• Ability to work flexible hours including holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provides a positive first impression to all who enter the community.
• Answers and screens calls, routes messages, and maintains front desk professionalism.
• Greets visitors courteously and manages sign-in at the reception desk.
• Receives and processes mail and packages; maintains supplies.
• Updates Emergency Phone Number Log and residents' contact information.
• Assists managers with clerical responsibilities and coordinates transportation sign-ups.
• Performs light housekeeping and other duties as assigned.
• Complies with emergency procedures and safety policies.
• Communicates effectively with staff and reports changes in residents' health.
