Ciel Fayetteville LLC is seeking a friendly Concierge to welcome visitors and assist with tours, phone inquiries, and general clerical tasks. The role serves as the first impression of the community and supports daily office operations.

Responsibilities include guiding visitors, coordinating tours, handling mail and copies, and assisting in dining room service as needed. A high school diploma and English proficiency are preferred, with a patient, professional demeanor essential for interacting

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English; follow written or oral instructions.
• Experience using computer software (Microsoft).
• Patience, professionalism, cheerful disposition and enthusiasm when interacting with residents, staff and visitors.

Responsabilités

• Greet visitors and answer inquiries about the property.
• Arrange tours of the property for prospective residents.
• Answer a multi-line telephone and route calls as needed.
• Provide clerical support to administrative staff and maintain reception area.
• Keep property literature up to date in the lobby and assist with mail and copies.
• Assist in dining room service as needed and support marketing efforts during property tours.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents and guests.
