Qualifications

• Able to read, write, and understand English.
• Able to make independent decisions and stay calm in emergencies.
• Professional demeanor with residents, families, and visitors.
• Knowledgeable of administrative practices and guidelines.
• Experience using Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and direct to appropriate staff.
• Assist residents, family members, and guests with general requests.
• Arrange tours of the property for visitors and appointments.
• Answer multi-line telephone and route information.
• Maintain reception area and property literature.
• Support office staff with clerical tasks and mail processing.
• Assist in dining room service as needed.
• Support marketing efforts through customer interactions.
• Report changes in resident condition to supervisor.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming lobby environment.
