Job summary

Ciel Senior Living in Boulder is seeking a friendly Concierge to greet visitors, arrange tours, and provide clerical support. The role is the first impression of the community, requiring responsiveness to residents, families, and guests.

The Concierge will answer phones, assist with general requests, and support marketing and office operations while maintaining a welcoming lobby and up-to-date literature.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Able to read, write, and understand English.
• Able to follow written or oral instructions and remain calm in emergencies.
• Professional with residents, family members, visitors, and staff.
• Experience using computer software (Microsoft).

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and guide them to the appropriate office or resident.
• Assist residents, family members, and guests with general requests.
• Arrange property tours for visitors and appointment holders.
• Answer multi-line telephone and relay information.
• Display knowledge of services and programs at the property.
• Handle mail, stamps, copies, and related office tasks.
• Maintain a neat reception area with current literature.
• Support dining room service during resident meals when needed.
• Support marketing efforts through friendly tours and calls.
• Communicate any observed changes in resident condition to a supervisor.
