Planned Companies in Guttenberg, NJ is seeking Front Desk Associates and Doormen for weekend shifts. Schedule: Saturday and Sunday 11am–7pm (not overnight). Pay rate: $20.00 per hour.

This role focuses on welcoming tenants, guests and vendors and delivering a first-class experience. You will greet visitors, coordinate reservations, guide guests to services, and help manage mail and access control. 3+ years of customer service, strong communication, local knowledge, and ability to lift up to 50

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience.
• Warm and welcoming attitude to everyone.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of local attractions and establishments.
• Polite, friendly, self-assured and able to multitask with good time-management.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs when needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet, announce, and provide direction to tenants, guests, and vendors.
• Schedule reservations and appointments at restaurants, hotels, etc.
• Plan and organize on-site events.
• Guide access to local entertainment, dining and services.
• Document, secure and track mail, deliveries, and vendors.
• Answer telephones, monitor lobby, and manage keys/access cards.
