Job summary

Planned Companies is hiring motivated Front Desk Associates and Doormen to welcome tenants, guests and vendors and ensure the building is safe and presentable.

This on-site role pays $19.75 per hour for 32 hours a week with a Fri–Mon overnight schedule (11pm–7am). You will greet residents, coordinate reservations and events, manage mail and access control, and connect people with local dining, entertainment and services.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Concierge or Lead Security experience.
• Desire and passion to provide a warm and welcoming hello to everyone.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of local attractions and establishments.
• Polite, friendly, self-assured and able to multitask with good time-management.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs when needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet, announce, and provide direction to tenants, guests, and vendors upon entering the building.
• Develop and maintain relationships with tenants to provide individualized experiences.
• Scheduling reservations and appointments at restaurants, hotels, and entertainment venues.
• Planning and organizing on-site events.
• Provide direction, referrals and help access local entertainment, dining, retail shopping, sporting events, tourist attractions and car services.
• Document, secure and track mail, deliveries, and vendor services at designated areas.
• Answer telephones, monitor lobby and maintain access cards and keys.
