Planned Companies’ Concierge team in Guttenberg, NJ is seeking motivated Front Desk Associates and Doormen for weekend shifts from 11am to 7pm. The role focuses on greeting tenants, coordinating reservations, and guiding guests with local ideas.

Strong customer service and communication skills are essential to create a welcoming atmosphere. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in service roles, be able to multitask, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet, announce, and direct tenants, guests, and vendors on entry.
• Develop relationships with tenants and tailor experiences to their needs.
• Schedule reservations at restaurants, hotels, and venues.
• Plan and organize on-site events for residents and guests.
• Provide directions to local attractions and services.
• Document and track mail, deliveries, and vendor services; secure access.
• Answer phones, monitor lobby, and manage keys/access cards.
