Job summary

Planned Companies is hiring motivated Front Desk Associates and Doormen to welcome tenants, guests and vendors, ensuring the lobby is inviting and safe. You will greet visitors, coordinate reservations, and help coordinate local services in a dynamic property setting.

This part-time role runs Saturdays and Sundays from 4pm to 12am in Philadelphia, requiring 3+ years of customer service, strong communication, and the ability to multitask while maintaining a friendly, professional presence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience.
• Desire to provide a warm, welcoming hello to everyone.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of local attractions and establishments.
• Polite, friendly, self-assured and able to multitask with good time-management.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs when needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet, announce, and provide direction to tenants, guests, and vendors upon entering the building.
• Develop and maintain relationships with tenants to provide individualized experiences including scheduling reservations and appointments.
• Plan and organize on-site events and coordinate access to local entertainment, dining, and attractions.
• Provide direction, referrals, and access to car services and vendors.
• Document, secure and track mail, deliveries, and vendor services.
• Answer telephones, monitor lobby, and manage keys and access cards.
