Job summary

TerraBella Senior Living in Salem, VA is seeking a friendly Concierge to warmly greet guests, residents and staff, answer calls, route messages, and share information.

This weekend role (Sat-Sun 9:00 am–5:00 pm) keeps the reception area organized, manages mail, and coordinates resident appointments with various staff. A high school diploma and 1–3 years of customer service are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 years of customer service experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and visitors; answer inquiries and give directions.
• Carry out telephone answering and reception duties.
• Take complete messages and communicate to the intended recipient.
• Organize mail and materials for staff; manage appointment scheduling.
• Maintain desk and entry area neat and organized.
• Maintain files related to resident activities and credits.
