You will handle phone inquiries, coordinate packages, assist with transportation and event bookings, and support daily operations to maintain a safe, welcoming community for aging adults.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with a multi-line phone system and professional etiquette.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Clear verbal and written English communication.
• Demonstrates initiative and critical thinking skills.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Reliable attendance essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, visitors and staff warmly.
• Manage and direct incoming phone calls professionally.
• Address inquiries promptly, reliably and confidentially with empathy and dignity.
• Log and coordinate distribution of packages as appropriate.
• Collaborate with various departments to promote effective communication.
• Monitor community access by ensuring proper kiosk sign-in and respond to emergencies as per policy.
• Schedule resident transportation, coordinate trips, manage event and guest meal reservations, and assist with event setup.
• Record maintenance work order requests through an electronic system.
• Maintain an organized workspace to promote efficiency and first impressions.
• Make hospitality and resident satisfaction a top priority in every interaction.
