Job summary

TerraBella Windsor Lake Senior Living is seeking a friendly Concierge to welcome residents, guests, and staff, handle calls, take messages, and provide general information in a courteous, professional manner.

You will coordinate appointments, prepare meal tickets, manage mail and sign-in logs, organize the lobby area, and support move-in/out processes along with the marketing and dining teams as needed. This on-site role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• One to three years customer service experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Carries out greeting duties for guests, residents, and employees; manages external and internal calls; takes and communicates messages; provides general information.
• Greets residents and visitors; answers inquiries and gives directions.
• Collates brochures for the marketing department.
• Prepares meal tickets for team members and family members; tallies meal count sheets for Dining staff.
• Updates the Resident Phone List and Roster and Move-In/Move-Out Register daily; maintains Guest and Sign-In Logs.
• Manages appointments for residents and family members (hairdresser, transportation, etc.).
• Keeps desk and entry area neat and organized.
• Organizes, distributes mail to residents, Executive Director and Department Coordinators.
• Maintains resident forms for miscellaneous credits.
• Follows company policies and operating procedures; performs other duties as assigned.

• Takes complete messages with pertinent information and communicates messages to the intended recipient.
• Greets residents and visitors. Answers inquiries and gives directions.
• Collates brochures for the marketing department.
• Prepares meal tickets for team members and family members, tallies meal count sheets for the Dining staff.
• Updates the Resident Phone List and Roster and Move-In and Move-Out Register daily; Guest and Sign-In Logs as necessary.
• Manages appointments for residents and family members such as but not limited to hairdresser, transportation, etc.
• Maintains and keeps desk and entry area neat and organized.
• Organizes, distributes mail to residents, Executive Director and Department Coordinators.
• Maintains resident forms for miscellaneous credits.
• Maintains adherence to all company personnel policies and established operating policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
• One to three years customer service experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
