Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 years of customer service experience or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Greets residents and visitors and answers inquiries.
• Manages external and internal calls and messages.
• Maintains organization of desk and entry area.
• Updates contact lists and resident rosters.
• Coordinates appointments for residents.
• Distributes mail and assists with general information.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
