Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional customer service and greets residents and guests.
• Checks guests and service providers in and out.
• Monitors and operates building access and security systems.
• Performs clerical tasks using Word and Excel.
• Walks the premises for monitoring as directed.
• Maintains accurate daily logs and forms and reports issues to supervision.
• Resolves complaints and escalates when necessary.
• Maintains a safe, secure environment for residents and property.
• Assists with general concierge duties as required.
