• Excellent phone and interpersonal communication.
• Ability to resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency.
• Familiarity withAlterations services and upsell opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers in person, by phone or online with enthusiasm.
• Use store systems to manage customer flow and appointments.
• Promote alterations services and personalization options.
• Maintain store standards and organize alterations area.
• Press, steam, and spot-clean garments as needed.
• Assist with checkout and inventory tasks as assigned.
