Job summary

David's Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative (CSR) to deliver an exceptional A+ customer experience in the Alterations department. The CSR greets and assists customers, schedules appointments, and supports press and fitting tasks under store management.

You will work to maintain a clean, organized alterations area, promote services, and ensure smooth customer flow while partnering with the Alterations Manager on issues beyond routine service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years retail experience in apparel or specialty store.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Experience with computerized POS systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with genuine, friendly enthusiasm and solve problems.
• Use systems to manage customer flow and deliver five-star service.
• Meet service vows: Prepare, Welcome, Meet Needs, Be There for customers.
• Handle multiple customers at once and escalate issues when needed.
• Explain alterations options and promote services.
• Maintain store standards and assist with operations and checklists.
