David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative (CSR) to welcome customers, manage appointments, and support the alterations team. The role involves answering phones, assisting customers in person, and promoting alterations services tied to special events.

As a CSR, you will ensure five-star service, handle plain and press tasks, and uphold store standards. Prior sewing or POS experience is helpful; part-time shifts offer weekend coverage and competitive pay with team

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• 1–2 years of retail experience in apparel or specialty store environment is expected.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful and can support alterations tasks.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with friendly enthusiasm over phone, virtual chats, and in person.
• Use systems to manage customer flow and deliver five-star service.
• Meet service vows: Prepare, Welcome, Meet Needs & Be There for customers.
• Provide exceptional service to multiple customers and escalate issues to leadership as needed.
• Explain how alterations enhance the dress for events and promote services.
• Maintain store standards and promotional readiness, ensuring a flawless shopping experience.
• Assist with inventory, special orders, pickups, and quality control of altered garments.
