David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative to greet and service customers, book appointments, and manage alterations needs. You will operate POS systems, press garments, and ensure orders are ready for pickup, while upholding store standards.

The role emphasizes delivering a five-star customer experience, effective communication, and promoting alterations services within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years retail experience in apparel or specialty store preferred.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful for alterations.
• Experience with a computerized POS system is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers via phone, chat, or in person with enthusiasm.
• Use systems to manage customer flow and deliver a five-star experience.
• Meet service vows: Prepare, Welcome, Meet Needs, Be There for customers.
• Provide exceptional service to multiple customers and escalate when needed.
• Explain how alterations can improve dress fit for events.
• Promote all alterations services and personalization options.
• Keep the Alterations area clean, organized, and stocked.
