David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative to deliver an exceptional in-store experience. You will greet customers, schedule fittings, answer phones, and support the alterations team to ensure timely pickups and flawless garments.

The role emphasizes a warm, problem-solving attitude, multi-tasking with sewing and pressing duties, and promoting alterations services while maintaining store standards. Part-time, weekend availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Communicate clearly, adapt style, and solve problems to resolve conflicts.
• Manage customer flow to deliver five-star service across interactions.
• Assist with alterations education and service promotions to customers.
