David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative (CSR) in a part‑time role in our alterations department. You will welcome customers, book appointments, answer phones, press garments, and ensure items are ready for pickup while delivering a five‑star experience.

Responsibilities include managing customer flow with our systems, promoting alterations services, maintaining store standards, and supporting inventory and cash wrap processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent degree.
