Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative (CSR) to deliver an exceptional five-star experience in the Alterations department. You will welcome guests, schedule appointments, answer phones, and help prepare garments for pickup, while maintaining a clean, organized space.

Responsibilities include promoting alterations services, assisting multiple customers, and collaborating with the Alterations Manager to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–2 years of prior retail experience preferred.
• Sewing experience is helpful but not required.
• Experience with computerized POS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with genuine enthusiasm, in person, over the phone, or via chats.
• Use store systems to manage customer flow and deliver five-star service.
• Promote alterations services and personalization options.
• Maintain store standards and assist with appointments and pickups.
• Greet and escort alterations customers to or from appointments.
