Job summary

David's Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative to support the alterations department and deliver an A+ customer experience. You will welcome customers, schedule appointments, answer phones, press garments, and ensure items are ready for pickup.

This role includes maintaining high standards, promoting alterations services, and collaborating with the Alterations Manager to resolve issues and ensure a flawless shopping experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years retail experience in apparel or specialty store environment.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Prior experience with computerized POS system.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes all customers with genuine enthusiasm, over the phone, via chat, and in person.
• Uses systems to manage customer flow and deliver five-star service.
• Meet service vows: Prepare, Welcome, Meet Needs & Be There for customers; complete checklists.
