Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative to deliver A+ customer care in the Alterations department. You will greet clients, schedule appointments, press garments, and ensure readiness for pickup, reporting to the Store Manager.

The role emphasizes problem solving, a friendly demeanor, and teamwork across shifts. Candidates should have a high school diploma and 1–2 years of retail experience; sewing experience is helpful, with POS familiarity valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Prior retail experience (1-2 years) is preferred.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful for alterations-related tasks.
• Experience with a computerized POS system is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers in person, over the phone, and via chat with friendly enthusiasm.
• Manage customer flow using store systems to deliver five-star service.
• Explain alterations options and promote services to customers.
• Maintain store standards and assist with appointments and pickups.
• Collaborate with Alterations Manager to resolve issues.
