Job summary

David’s Bridal is hiring an Alterations Customer Service Representative to support the Alterations department and deliver a five-star customer experience. You will welcome customers, schedule appointments, answer phones, press garments, and ensure items are ready for pickup, reporting to the Store Manager.

The role emphasizes teamwork, exceptional service, and maintaining a clean alterations area while promoting alterations services and personalized options. Part-time benefits are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years retail experience in apparel or specialty store.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Prior experience with computerized POS system.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with genuine enthusiasm across channels.
• Manage customer flow to deliver five-star service.
• Assist with alterations and promote services.
• Inspect garments and ensure quality before delivery.
• Maintain clean, organized alterations room.
