David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative to deliver an exceptional experience for customers in the alterations department. You will welcome customers, schedule appointments, answer phones, press garments, and ensure readiness for pickup, all while maintaining store standards and contributing to a welcoming shopping environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1-2 years of retail apparel experience is preferred.
• Sewing experience is helpful but not required.
• Experience with a computerized POS system is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with enthusiasm in person, over the phone, and via chats; resolve issues professionally.
• Use store systems to manage customer flow and deliver five-star service.
• Assist with alterations appointments, pickups, and in-store tasks.
