David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support the Alterations department and deliver an A+ customer experience. You will welcome customers, schedule appointments, answer phones, press garments, and ensure items are ready for pickup.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, 1–2 years retail experience, and basic sewing/POS familiarity. This part-time role offers weekend hours, a competitive hourly rate with a team bonus, and benefits such as

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1-2 years of retail experience in apparel or specialty stores is preferred.
• Sewing experience is helpful for alterations support.
• Experience with computerized POS systems is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with enthusiasm in person, over the phone, and via chats.
• Manage customer flow using store systems to deliver quality service.
• Assist with appointment scheduling, garment pressing, and pickups.
• Support alterations by promoting services and options.
• Maintain clean, organized alterations area and store standards.
• Assist management and staff to resolve customer issues.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
