Job summary

David’s Bridal is hiring an Alterations Customer Service Representative to welcome and assist customers, manage appointments, and support the alterations department. You will interact with customers across in-person, phone, and online channels, ensuring a five-star service experience and smooth operations.

The role focuses on promoting alterations services, handling daily tasks, and maintaining shop standards while collaborating with the Alterations Manager to resolve issues and deliver

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years prior retail experience in apparel or specialty store environment.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Prior experience with computerized POS system.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers in person, over the phone, and via virtual chats with enthusiasm and problem-solving.
• Use store systems to manage customer flow and deliver five-star service.
• Support alterations process, promotions, and inventory tasks as needed.
• Maintain store standards and assist with checkout and transactions.
• Escort alterations customers and ensure timely service delivery.
