Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years retail experience in apparel or specialty store
• Prior sewing experience is helpful
• Prior experience with computerized POS system

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with genuine enthusiasm, adapt communication to suit customers, and resolve conflicts
• Manage customer flow using systems to deliver five-star service
• Meet service vows and complete operational tasks for customer needs
• Provide exceptional service to multiple customers and maintain five-star satisfaction
