Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional in-store and phone-based customer service. The CSR will assist with appointments, alterations coordination, and maintaining a five-star service standard.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, guiding them through alterations, upselling services, and ensuring a smooth, joyful shopping experience. This is a part-time role with weekend coverage and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years retail experience in apparel or specialty store.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Prior experience with computerized POS system.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers over phone, chats, and in person with enthusiasm and clear communication.
• Use systems to manage customer flow and deliver five-star service.
• Meet service vows: Prepare, Welcome, Meet Needs, Be There for customers.
