David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative to deliver a five-star experience to customers. You will greet, assist, schedule fittings, and support the Alterations team while maintaining store standards.

Ideal candidates have 1-2 years retail experience, strong communication, and basic sewing or POS familiarity. This part-time role offers competitive pay, team bonuses, and a supportive environment with flexible weekend hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years prior retail experience in an apparel or specialty store environment.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Prior experience with computerized POS (Point of Sale) system.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with friendly enthusiasm in person, over the phone, and via chats; solve problems and resolve conflicts.
• Use systems to manage customer flow to deliver five-star service.
• Meet service vows and assist customers with alterations and personalized options.
• Communicate how alterations contribute to dress perfection for events and partnerships with Alterations.
• Maintain store standards and ensure a flawless shopping experience.
• Handle checkout processes and assist with inventory-related tasks as needed.
