Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year related culinary experience.
• ServSafe or equivalent Food Handler's License.
• Able to stand/walk up to 8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Read, interpret, and scale recipes accurately.
• Perform knife cuts with precision and manage basic cooking techniques.
• Set up and stock prep stations; maintain cleanliness and organization.
• Prepare components of menu items and sauces.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards; assist with inventory as needed.
• Collaborate with the Chef team and communicate issues promptly.
