YARZIN SELLA is seeking a Full-Time Line Cook 1 to join our culinary team in Rosemount, MN. This role offers a stable weekday schedule with no weekends and no late nights, while guaranteeing 40 hours per week to support work-life balance.

You will assist in daily kitchen prep, maintain speed and presentation during service, follow all safety and sanitation standards, and collaborate closely with the Chef team to ensure quality dishes and timely service.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of culinary experience.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong knife skills, organization, and attention to detail.
• Team-first attitude and openness to feedback.
• ServSafe or Food Handler's certification (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Maintain speed and consistency during service while keeping presentation on point.
• Support daily kitchen prep (slicing, dicing, chopping, portioning, sauces, dressings, and more).
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards (labeling, dating, storage, FIFO rotation).
• Set up, stock, clean, and break down your station.
• Work closely with the Chef team and communicate needs clearly (inventory, quality, equipment).
