Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Working knowledge of sanitation procedures.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Restaurant or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load, run and unload the dish machine ensuring proper sanitation.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dish pit.
• Sort and rinse dishes, glassware and utensils; place in racks for the dish machine.
• Transport clean dishes to the cook's line and proper storage areas.
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures as per OSHA and health guidelines.
• Assist with basic food prep up to 20% of the time.
