Job summary

Yarzin-Sella Group in Rosemount, MN is hiring a Line Cook 1 for a full-time weekday schedule. The role offers a stable 40-hour week with no weekends and no late nights, plus paid holidays and strong benefits.

You will join a supportive kitchen team and work closely with the Chef team to maintain speed, quality, and presentation during service. The position requires at least 1 year of culinary experience, solid knife skills, and ServSafe or Food Handler's certification (or the ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Maintain speed and presentation during service.
• Support daily kitchen prep (slicing, dicing, chopping, sauces).
• Follow food safety, labeling, dating and FIFO rotation.
• Set up, stock, clean and break down station.
• Communicate needs with Chef team (inventory, quality, equipment).
